A QTouring Service Update
This is a notice to let you know about an important change to the management of QTouring Services.

QTouring Services is a Queensland Government initiative supporting arts touring activities across the state, helping regional communities access high-quality performances and exhibitions.
Now in its fourth iteration, QTouring Services has previously been managed by Artslink, Circa for eight years, and most recently by Stage Queensland.
As part of the continued evolution of Queensland’s arts and cultural environment, QTouring Services will transition to management by the Regional Arts Services Network (RASN), via Topology, from 1 October 2026.
This approach will bring statewide regional arts services and touring services together, while Arts Queensland will continue to support delivery of the QShowcase annual touring marketplace and the Touring Queensland Fund.
Your information and QTouring website listing
As part of this transition, relevant personal information and website listing information currently held by QTouring Services will be transferred to the new QTouring management from 1 October 2026 to support the continuation of the service.
This may include contact details and information associated with artist, producer, presenter and venue listings currently held on the QTouring website.
If you do not wish your information to be transferred to the new QTouring management, please advise us at hello@qtouring.com.au by 30 September 2026. If you have any questions about the information being transferred or the transition process, please contact us at the same email address.
A message from Stage Queensland
Stage Queensland has valued the opportunity to manage QTouring Services on behalf of the Queensland Government and work alongside artists, producers, presenters and venues across the state. We sincerely thank Arts Queensland for its support and commitment to strengthening touring opportunities.
During this time, QTouring has continued to connect the sector, share touring intelligence, support producers and presenters, and build relationships and opportunities that help Queensland work reach audiences across the state.
Stage Queensland particularly thanks the QTouring staff, contractors and colleagues who have contributed their expertise, commitment and relationships to the service, and acknowledges the important role they have played in supporting the sector.
Stage Queensland thanks everyone who has contributed to QTouring and to the development of touring across Queensland and will work with the incoming management to support a smooth transition.

When does the management transition take effect?
The management transition takes effect from 1 October 2026.
Who will manage QTouring from 1 October?
QTouring Services will transition to management by the Regional Arts Services Network (RASN), via Topology on 1 October 2026.
What happens to enquiries from 1 October?
From 1 October, RASN will be the primary contact for QTouring. RASN contacts are info@rasn.au or via their website contact here.
RASN will also manage the QTouring website and from 1 October 2026, are contactable via hello@qtouring.com.au
What happens to existing QTouring enquiries before 1 October?
The current QTouring team remains contactable until 30 September 2026. Email contact: hello@qtouring.com.au
Can I opt out of the transfer of my information?
Yes. Stakeholders who do not wish their information to be transferred should email their request to hello@qtouring.com.au by 30 September 2026.
