Overview
Kuranda Amphitheatre was built by passionate Kuranda locals in 1984, and is run be a dedicated volunteer committee. The Amphitheatre has played host to major legacy acts, such as Midnight Oil, INXS, UB40, Bob Marley, and Mumford and Sons, among others. We maintain, run and program the venue primarily through revenue from venue hire, donations, and various grants. The Amphitheatre is located a short walk/drive from the Kuranda Village CBD.
