Overview

The City of Logan is conveniently located 30 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD and 30 minutes north of the Gold Coast.

The venue is operated by Logan City Council and includes the Butterbox Theatre where intimate performances are held (cap 220) & Outdoor stage where events large concerts/festivals are able to be staged (cap 7500)

The venue runs an annual program of events but is also available for hire for commercial and community enterprises.

Our 14m wide Outdoor Stage faces south-west and offers highly adaptable performance space. It can accommodate up to 50 performers together on stage and has a fan-shaped audience viewing area with a 5,200 m2 audience capacity.

With a year-round program of live performances, LEC is one of Logan’s top choices for great entertainment – night or day—a place where wonderful experiences are shared.

The Logan Entertainment Centre is a managed venue, owned and operated by Logan City Council. The multipurpose auditorium can be adapted to clients’ needs and has a varying capacity depending on the type of seating arrangement, ranging from a 400 banquet to 650 seating or 1000 standing.
