His music is funky and his shows are funny. Award winning artist Eddie Ray has been called the next Yahoo Serious, with a brand of comedy that’s been missing since ‘Hey Hey it’s Saturday’ was on TV. He doesn’t own a smartphone, he doesn’t have a TikTok and has never shared a cat video. This one-man machine is fighting the smartphone apocalypse one song at a time. Eddie does all his own stunts, writes and records his own music from his home studio (where he plays every instrument) and makes his own films.

This incredibly original show explores content we are all wrestling with in a lighthearted and super creative way that leaves the audience feeling uplifted and hopeful. We all struggle with the constant connection to our online world - Now throw that concept into a wild west scenario where motorbikes are the new steeds and guitars were the weapons of choice in a post internet world known as 'The Outside". This hilarious show is dripping in pop culture references, dad jokes, amazing original music, and captivating visuals which take you outside, showing off some of Australias most epic landscapes.

Community Choir
With 2 (sometimes 1) rehearsals we can invite locals to share the stage with the gang and sing along to the film making them the stars and bringing the film back to what its all about - community.

The Performance can also be split in two where the film is followed by interval where we clear the chairs ready for a band only dance affair for the second act!

Kerbside's creatives are masters at low budget film making. This film was created by two people and one camera - Q&A on the film making process, creating a film that is zero waste, and how to make a film on the cheap without big budgets is on offer. We have an award winning short film version (8mins) which could be a school/community Q&A or workshop.
