Incidents Report Template

Noting down incidents (and near-misses) that happen on tour is a must-do to ensure a smooth and safe workplace.

#

Undertaking an incident report ensures that a full picture of the incident (or near miss) is captured. This process enables the opportunity for further follow-up, and helps to identify the causes of the issue to ensure it doesn’t occur again.

An accurate incident report is also useful for insurance claims and legal purposes.

This template asks for the key pieces of information to appropriately capture an incident should one occur on tour. It is designed to be quick and easy to use so that anyone can use it and to prevent it from becoming burdensome for the touring team – helping to ensure it does actually get filled out!
