Join our network of Queensland Presenters and put your space on the map!

Hosting your Presenter Profile on QTouring is the perfect way to showcase your Venues and their Performance Spaces or Festival. List your programming objectives, audience insights, performance space capacities and formats, as well as galleries to show it off in action.

Being listed on QTouring allows for a hub of information about your space, available for anyone planning to tour through your region.

Step 1: Register or Login

Lets get acquainted!

Register as a presenter here to add your Presenter Profile in the QTouring directory, or Login if you already have an account!

Select 'I'm Programming a Venue or Festival' and register with your email + password.

From here you'll be invited to provide your Presenter Details including Address, Social Profiles, Programming Audience, and Contact Details.

Your Venue might already be listed. Many venues are listed as part of our existing database. If you see your Presenter already listed in the drop-down, select it to claim your profile. Hang tight, the QTouring Team will approve your claim as soon as possible.

Your primary contact details will display across all venues linked to this account. Edits will update globally across your venues.

Providing a secondary contact is optional and their details will only be visible to QTouring. These details won't be displayed on the website.

Step 2: Add Your Venues

Welcome to your dashboard!

This is your hub for all of your venues and performance spaces, as well as updating your details with any changes!

Next you select 'Add new Venue', where you can enter your Venue Overview + Venue Images. From here, you add your Performance Spaces, selecting the Performance Space Type, Capacity, Overview, Formats, Facilities + Images.

Once you have completed this, you can submit your Venue for approval! Sit tight, the QTouring team will review your Venue to make sure it fits our guidelines. Via email you'll either receive an approval confirmation or a notice with required changes.

Step 3: Approval + Keep Updated

Congratulations - you're part of Queensland's Presenter network!

And that's it - you can share your Presenter profile with your networks and it can be discovered in our Presenter directory.

You can unpublish or edit your Venues at any time. Keep an eye on QTouring social platforms for initiatives that you can apply for using your Presenter Account.

If you produce works as a Presenter, you can also create an Artist account with the same Login Details and upload a Work. To do this, visit Settings via your Dashboard and add an Artist Profile.
