Let's get your tour-ready Work out there!

Creating and uploading your Work to QTouring allows for Presenters and Programmers to discover your work and get in touch to organize a performance. QTouring is where you can share everything about your work from Touring Information to Technical Considerations, Marketing Materials to Reviews, Tour History to Touring Availability! If you're ready to tour, QTouring is where your work should live!

Having your work listed on QTouring also makes it easy to apply for QTouring initiatives like QShowcase and other work-related upcoming opportunities.

Step 1: Register or Login

Lets get acquainted!

Register to profile your work in the QTouring directory, or Login if you already have an account!

Select 'I Want To List My Work' and register with your email + password.

From here you'll be invited to provide your Artist Details including Bio, Social Profiles, and Contact Details.

Your primary contact details will display across all works linked to this account. Edits will update globally across your works.

Providing a secondary contact is optional and their details will only be visible to QTouring. These details won't be displayed on the website.

Welcome to your dashboard!

This is your hub for each work you upload, initiatives you apply for and updating your details with any changes!

Next you select 'Add a New Work', where you can enter your Work Overview, Images & Videos, Reviews, Tours & Performance Details.

When uploading your Work, we ask you to provide a budget for your production. To help us categorise your Work into a cost range in the Directory, we require this to be submitted using the Official QTouring Tour Budget.

This budget is kept private and is for QTouring's reference/categorisation only and you may provide specific costings in the Per Week, Per Performance, and/or Remount sections.

Once you have completed this, you can submit your Work for approval! Sit tight, the QTouring team will review your work to make sure it fits our guidelines. Via email you'll either receive an approval confirmation or a notice with required changes.

You can unpublish or edit your Works at any time. Make sure you keep it up to date with upcoming performances, wins and praise for your show. You can prepare unannounced and in-development Works by drafting them or leaving them unpublished.

Keep an eye on QTouring social platforms for initiatives that you can apply for using your Work.
