Show Report Template

When you are on tour it's important to document key details at each and every performance. Don't miss a thing with our Show Report Template.

#

The QTouring Show Report Template covers critical information including audience numbers, technical issues, publicity and marketing outcomes, accommodation as well as the well-being of the touring party. The tour manager is responsible for completing the report at the end of each performance and regularly sharing them with the tour coordinator. The information captured is useful for tour debriefs, sharing feedback with presenters, funding acquittal reports and planning future tours.
